Where country meets island living! Come relax and take in the serenity that Cocoloba House has to offer. Located in the beautiful area of Fitches Creek, northeast side of the island, this custom-built, executive, 2-story home sits on a large, fenced, and very well-manicured parcel with lush gardens. The interior provides both function and comfort with a fully fitted kitchen, family dining area, laundry room with storage space, and an extra refrigerator and deep freezer.
The very large kitchen has plenty of counter space and storage, with a center island. Included are stainless steel stove, microwave, and refrigerator. An eat-at bar with stools is also available. An additional refrigerator and deep freezer are included in the laundry area. The dining area has a large circular table with seating for eight.
The living room has vaulted ceilings with a couch, loveseat, and two comfortable chairs. Looking up from the living room is an open railing walkway connecting the bedrooms, which allows for a lot of natural light.
The upstairs master suite has a four-poster bed with access to a private verandah overlooking the beautiful gardens. The en-suite includes a tub, shower, and two vanities. Two additional upstairs bedrooms (one queen size bed and two twins) have a shared bath. The downstairs bedroom has access to a half bath and includes a work-out machine with a small office area with doors are included.
The laundry room includes a washer and deep utility sink and extra storage.
An exceptionally long, partially covered patio off the kitchen includes a large table and six matching chairs with plenty of space and a bench. A very large, brick outdoor BBQ area is close by. Just step down into the lush, well-manicured lawn with mature trees and shrubs.
A partially covered area is provided for two cars and/or a boat.
