This is a very tranquil and gorgeous home with a beautiful view of Willoughby Bay and beyond. The home is named Tolumnia,the Dancing Lady Orchid.
Upon entering the home, the dining table sits before the large comfortable living area with three sofas. There are sliding glass doors and full size glass walls overlooking the bay. The kitchen opens to the pool area on the side of the home. The clean, white kitchen includes all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The large pool area consists of chairs and chaise lounges, and an outdoor shower.
The master on the main level contains of a lovely walk-in closet and an open airy bathroom. A stand-alone tub and open shower are placed with two separate vanities. A private outdoor shower stands outside and is only accessible from this bathroom.
Downstairs are four bedrooms with en-suites and access to the lower-level outside veranda. The beds in three of these four rooms can be set up as twins or closed together as a king. All bedrooms have a dresser, chair, and closet with a large shower in the modern en-suite. The fourth downstairs bed is a standard QUEEN with a walk-in closet and a large en-suite.
A dedicated TV room and half bath are located on the main level.
There are two levels to the wrap around porches with separate seating areas.
