On the first floor, the two-story house features a fully equipped kitchen, 3 luminous bedrooms with two bathrooms, a two level living/dining room and two large verandahs that can be also outdoor dining or relaxing areas. 

On the ground floor there's a nice and small studio with a private entrance. The studio is equipped with a kitchenette, a double bed and a bathroom and it cannot be rented separately.
