Superyacht view is a spacious and radiant apartment located in Monks hill and has a breathtaking view over Falmouth Harbour. At a short walking distance you can find public buses going to English harbour Marina with all the shops, bars and restaurants. It is a ground floor apartment with a shared pool ,private entrance and private deck with table and chairs. In the garden, there is a hot tub that guests can use at an extra cost (10 USD per hour with a complimentary bottle of bubbly).  The fully equipped kitchen has a large window door on the pool and the garden. The bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom (with a washing machine) and one of the sofas in the living room converts into a sofa bed. There are AC units in both the bedroom and living room. The apartment is brand new and the area is very quiet and pleasant. The nearest supermarket is only a 10-minute walk away from the apartment.

This apartment is available for long and short-term rent. 

Long term price is 1800 USD everything included (cap of 100 USD for electricity) - hot tub not included (10 USD per hour - a bottle of sparkling wine offered by the owner)

Short term price is from 200 USD per night – all the taxes included and requires a minimum of 5 nights.
