The fully fenced estate comprises three charming three-bedroom villas, offering a tranquil setting just 10 minutes from Falmouth Harbour, Nelson's Dockyard, and several beautiful beaches. St. John's and V.C. Bird International Airport are both within a 30–35 minute drive.

Each fully furnished villa features a spacious open-plan kitchen, comfortable lounge, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in closets, and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Guests can relax on the covered porch or by the swimming pool and deck area (available at one villa), while additional conveniences include a standby generator, water filtration system, barbecue grill, and all the essentials for a comfortable Caribbean stay. Please note that dogs are not permitted.
