Two of the bedrooms feature king-size four posters, while the other offers a cozy queen-size sleigh bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to create a cool and comfortable environment for a restful night's sleep. The villa also includes an additional ground-floor bedroom with two double beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a dressing area.

For larger groups or those seeking extra privacy, Kittyhawk Villa offers a separate cottage with a charming king-size four-poster bed and a small single bed, along with its own en-suite shower room, kitchen, and sitting room.

Stepping outside, guests will discover a spacious and inviting outdoor area. Indulge in sundowners while admiring the unrivaled views of the marina and stunning sunsets from the large, shaded eating area.
