This charming one-bedroom cottage is situated in the much sought-after residential area of Hodges Bay, within easy reach of St. John’s City Centre, V.C. Bird International Airport, American University of Antigua, many restaurants, and the beautiful Jabberwock Beach.

Cotton Cottage is fully furnished and features an inviting open-plan living and kitchen area, with the air-conditioned bedroom located upstairs and furnished with a comfortable king-size bed. The cottage has a warm and characterful Caribbean feel, with high ceilings, exposed white beams and plenty of natural light throughout.

Tenants also have access to a shared swimming pool, reserved for the use of tenants of the cottages, as well as the communal outdoor areas and barbecue area surrounded by a lovely garden.

The monthly rental includes electricity, water, Wi-Fi and pest control. Gas and housekeeping services are paid separately.
