A self-contained apartment downstairs, complete with a double bed and double sofa bed in the same room, provides flexible accommodation for an additional 2–4 guests, making it ideal for larger groups or yacht crews.

The Garden House is a completely separate residence offering a more intimate retreat for up to 4 guests. It features two en-suite double bedrooms, a galley kitchen, comfortable sitting room, private swimming pool, and stunning harbour views.
