Brown's Bay House is a private three-acre bayfront villa offering a peaceful and secluded Caribbean retreat surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. Designed across three separate Caribbean-style living quarters connected by natural stone pathways, the property provides privacy, comfort, and plenty of space for families or groups of friends, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.

The villa features four bedrooms and bathrooms, including a charming outdoor garden bathroom. The master suite includes a spacious bedroom with a family-sized en-suite bathroom, an additional bedroom ideal for children, and a comfortable living/TV area. Two further guest suites are located in a separate building, each surrounded by its own private tropical gardens.

The main building houses the living and entertainment areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living room, and beautifully furnished interiors decorated with antiques and sailing memorabilia. Large wooden doors open onto an outdoor patio with banquet-style dining, stunning Caribbean Sea views, and a brick wood-burning pizza oven for alfresco entertaining.

Set along a tranquil bay, the fully fenced property features a private dock and private beach with no public access, complete with sun loungers and kayaks. Guests can enjoy panoramic views, easy beach access, and the option to charter the villa’s 28-foot motorboat with captain for fishing trips, island excursions, and exploring Antigua’s surrounding waters.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, internet, cable TV, gym equipment, printer, international phone line, and regular maid service.
