Hummingbird is a non-smoking house.
The Antiguan housekeeper Dorothy will be pleased to look after the house for up to 5 days a week during your stay. The property managers are situated within half a mile to help with any requests or issues that may arise. A chef can be arranged and boat trips, island tours, diving, horse-riding, golf and historic walks are all available. The house has a full Cable TV and sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers and there is wireless internet connection. For security, there is an automatic electric gate, and an alarm system around the outside of the property. All rooms have 110 volt electrical outlets with 220 volts in the kitchen area (transformers are available). There is a generator housed in the garden which starts automatically should there be a power cut. All rooms have ceiling fans, and all bedrooms have air conditioning. The pool is serviced weekly.
